FLV-80M

FLV-80M micro-miniature continuous flow thermostat to achieve a wide range of temperatures: from 4K to 450K, decompression cooling can be up to ~ 2K, short working distance: with different sample holders, the sample can be wirelessly close to the window, the sample in a vacuum, the use of heat conduction cooling, the sample space is a compact design to meet the requirements of the working distance of a variety of electrical or microscopic experiments, low consumption of refrigerant, the use of liquid helium from room temperature down to 5K only consume 0.4L liquid helium, the use of liquid nitrogen to maintain 80K consumption of 0.1L / h. The refrigerant consumption is low. 5K only need to consume 0.4L liquid helium, using liquid nitrogen to maintain 80K consumption of 0.1L/h.

FLV-80M Overview

The FLV-80M micro-miniature continuous flow thermostat allows variable temperature and temperature control in the temperature range of 4K~450K (liquid helium) and 78K~450K (liquid nitrogen). The sample chamber has a separate cover that allows for quick opening of the chamber when sample changes are required. In order to meet customers' electrical testing needs, the cryostat can be configured with a variety of electrical leads (e.g., Ph-Br wires, coaxial and triaxial cables, etc., resistor holders, or probe holders) according to experimental needs. The thermostat comes standard with top and bottom clear fused silica windows transmitting wavelengths from the UV to the NIR, and other window materials are available to meet a wide spectral range of tests from the far/medium infrared, UV to X-ray.

Micro thermostats are specifically designed for microscopy, imaging and high spatial resolution photoluminescence. Typical applications include spectroscopic testing (PL spectroscopy, FTIR and UV-Visible), electrical testing (conductivity, Hall effect) as well as cryogenic imaging, microscopy and component testing. The special construction of the cryostat provides a short working distance (for use with high magnification optical systems) for easy mounting on common microscope stages and panning tables.
