Against the backdrop of global helium resource scarcity and unstable supply, traditional cryogenic technologies relying on liquid helium face challenges in cost and sustainability. Closed-cycle refrigeration technology has emerged, which does not require the consumption of liquid helium and utilizes a closed-cycle refrigeration system for cooling, providing a stable, economical and efficient solution for achieving ultra-low temperatures. Today, cryostats based on closed-cycle refrigerators have become the preferred sample cooling system for numerous laboratories worldwide.
The CCV-4R series 4K closed-cycle cryostat adopts a more humanized design, meeting the testing requirements of electrical, optical, photoelectric and magnetoelectric properties of samples from different customers in a low-temperature vacuum environment. The sample holder section can be customized to non-standard specifications and equipped with various optical accessories to meet the requirements of different optical experiments for sample cooling.
The cryostat is standardly equipped with a transparent fused silica window, with a transmission wavelength range from ultraviolet to near-infrared. Other window materials can be optionally selected to meet the testing requirements of a wide spectral range from far/mid-infrared, ultraviolet to X-rays. The bottom of the vacuum cover has threaded holes and is matched with a bracket installation flange, allowing the cryostat to be directly fixed to the optical platform. It can be equipped with various electrical leads and electrical connectors according to the experimental requirements, such as phosphor bronze wire, manganese copper wire, coaxial cable, and semi-rigid microwave cable. SMA, BNC, three-coaxial connectors, etc. are used to achieve tests in different directions.
