The 3D Magnetic Field Test Bench is an integrated system developed specifically for testing and visualising magnetic field strength in three dimensions, with the ability to automatically control the 3D motion system in the X, Y and Z axes through the software.

Three-dimensional magnetic field test platform base

The base of 3D magnetic field test platform includes sample placing platform, base cavity and vibration damping feet. The size of the sample placing platform is 90cm*48cm (350mm stroke model), which is used for placing magnetic samples; the base cavity is hollow, with a built-in motion controller for 3D motion system; there are four damping feet, made of rubber with vibration-damping effect, and the heights of the four feet of the platform base can be adjusted through the bolts in the feet.


Three-dimensional motion system
The 3D motion system contains X, Y, Z axis motors and a motion controller. The motion controller controls the motion of X, Y and Z axis motors through software to drive the motion of the Gaussmeter probe to test the magnetic field strength in space.
