RO-600 Ruthenium Oxide Ultra Low Temperature Temperature Sensor is a thick film resistive sensor with an operating temperature range of 0.02K-20K. Magnetic Field Performance.

The RO-600 has excellent performance in strong magnetic fields. Temperature error is less than ±1.6%, a simple linear formula allows any surface temperature to be measured in fields up to 16 Tesla to the actual temperature correction, this result can be extended to higher fields and applies to a wide temperature range down to 36mK, which is independent of the orientation of the sensor in the magnetic field.
