Single and double stage oil-sealed rotary vane pumps for a wide range of applications
Single and two-stage rotary vane pumps are available in a wide range of pumping speeds and configurations. These pumps are ideal as a precursor to turbomolecular or diffusion pumps, or for stand-alone use in laboratory, analytical, or industrial applications.
The DS series oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump models are available with pumping speeds of 45 - 605 L/min (1.6 - 21.4 cfm) and ultimate pressures of < 2 x 10E-03 mbar. the DS series pumps operate at low noise levels. the MS series of high-capacity, single-stage, oil-lubricated, rotary vane pumps are an ideal alternative to larger industrial pumps with similar pumping speeds, offering compactness and environmental friendliness. The flexible MS series pumps feature stable and reliable components, high pumping speeds at low pressures, low noise levels and easy installation.
DS 102 rotary vane pump
The DS 102 is a two-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pump with pumping speeds of up to 5.0 m3/h at 50 hz and 3.5 CFM at 60 hz and ultimate pressures of < 2 x 10-3 mbar. The DS 102 is powered by a single-phase, general-purpose motor with an integrated power switch.
A suction port isolation valve integrated into the pump closes the suction port in the event of a power interruption to the pump. The anti-oil return valve maintains vacuum in the fore pump and prevents pump oil from contaminating the vacuum chamber. the DS 102 is equipped with a manual gas ballast valve which, when open, allows the pump to reach its rated water vapour handling specifications. the DS 102 is equipped with a manual gas ballast valve which, when open, allows the pump to reach its rated water vapour handling specifications.
Features:
Dual-stage design for low working pressures down to 10-3 mbar and low operating temperatures, minimising oil return at low pressures and providing good pumping rates and ballast at low pressures in the 10-2 mbar range.
Single-phase or three-phase motors are available worldwide for all voltages and frequencies. Easily selectable operating voltages provide greater flexibility for planning and inventory reduction
-Anti-return valve and venting device isolates the pump when it is out of service or idle, while preventing improper venting of the vacuum system and pump oil contamination in the event of pump shutdown or power failure
-Socket type IEC320 allows the use of standard power cords without opening the box cover to wire the motor.
-Injects dry air into the pump's second stage when the gas ballast valve is open, which warms up the module and helps to vent and remove water vapour or other condensable gases from the pump oil.
MS40+ Rotary Vane Pump
Ideal as a pre-pump for LC/MS and ICP-MS instruments, the MS40+ single-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pump offers a high pumping rate (40 m3/h) in a compact package. The pump is equipped with an integrated exhaust/oil filtration system with replaceable exhaust port filter elements. This makes the pump suitable for high gas flux operating conditions, achieving ultimate pressures of < 5-2 mbar.
Agilent offers the MS40+ pump in a wide range of speeds, from 1200 rpm to 1620 rpm. check the part number of each model for specifications.
Features:
-High pumping capacity and compact size
-Variable frequency drive motors to regulate pumping speed and pressure and reduce power consumption
-High pressure stability over a pressure range of 10-2 mbar
-AVF Gold and Platinum pump oils available
-Pump models with different speeds available
MS-101 Rotary Vane Pump
The Agilent MS-101 is a high-capacity, single-stage, oil-lubricated rotary vane pump featuring an oil recirculation system, an anti-return valve to prevent system contamination, and carbon fibre composite vanes to extend pump life. With its low vibration performance and air-cooled system, the MS-101 is an alternative to larger industrial pumps with similar pumping speeds, but with high levels of noise and vibration, and high in-service maintenance costs. It is powerful, compact and green.
Our MS-101 pumps are reliable and are commonly used in conjunction with diffusion HV pumps in a variety of industrial applications including metallurgy, heat treating, vacuum coating, electron beam welding, helium leak detection, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) transport.
Features:
Industry-leading vacuum performance, achieving ultimate pressures of 8 x 10-2 mbar (6 x 10-2 torr)
-High stability for demanding applications
-Steel rotor and specially designed carbon fibre vanes for long pump life, gas ballast valve for applications with high water vapour content
-Compact design and easy installation compared to pumps of the same pumping speed
-Highly efficient pump oil circulation system for highly reliable performance
Green by integrating a built-in mist eliminator system with a floating valve for pump oil recovery
